Important Reminders!

Good evening Courcelette Community!

I hope everyone travelled safely today. The students loved playing in the mounds of fluffy snow outside. Thank you to the entire staff and community for working together to ensure everyone arrived and were dismissed safely.

A few things to remember:

  • we watch the temperature closely and always go outside for recess if it falls within the acceptable range, please ensure students are dressed for outdoor play
  • pack extra socks and gloves in case they get soggy and wet during the day
  • snow stays on the ground! please remind your child that throwing snow is not allowed at school
  • be safe, never tunnel in snowbanks because they could collapse

TOMORROW – JAN. 30th is TEAM JERSEY DAY & our Sharing Assembly at 9 am

Family Math Night, Gr. 4 – 8 are invited to attend. We’ll be in the gym ready to play some games at 6:30 pm (weather permitting – I will send out a blog if the event is cancelled).

Last week’s Family Math Night was a lot of fun. If you want the information regarding how to play all of the games, please visit the office for a copy.
